Our shed delivery team is expertly trained to carefully and precisely deliver and install your new shed. We use a large truck and trailer as well as a specialized piece of equipment called a mule. While this delivery system is effective and versatile, sharp turns in tight confines are impossible with large sheds. By providing a detailed site map that marks all buildings, trees, landscaping, etc. your Custom Shed Expert can help determine the best way to place your building.

Is your shed greater than 14’ wide? Transporting large buildings will require a highway permit and escorts, which we will happily help arrange for you.

Preparing for Your Shed Delivery

For the smoothest installation, ensure you have a properly prepared, level foundation for your shed’s placement. MDB cannot set a building on brush, trash, or in tall, unmowed grass. Our crew must be able to access all 4 sides of the building with a minimum 3’ clearance and we strongly recommend a 4-6” concrete pad for the longevity of your structure.
