Foundation Prep
Preparing for Your New Shed
Why is foundation prep important?
What is involved?
Although your shed can sit anywhere that is remotely level, this beginning step is crucial for the longevity of your shed to prevent settling, which can lead to structure dysfunction and destruction over time. We recommend setting it on 4-6” of crushed or poured concrete. Save time and energy by hiring it done by our team!
You know the perfect place for your backyard shed, so we provide you with flags to mark off the space. A member of our team always performs a foundation review to assess grade-drop and confirm an accurate estimate. Then our highly trained crew and their professional grade equipment will arrive and do any necessary excavation before pouring a concrete slab or using crushed concrete to create a solid, perfectly level foundation for your new shed. Our team is very careful to not unnecessarily disturb your surrounding landscape.
